  • How can I order a product?

    • Select your products and you are at the «shopping bag» section, press CHECKOUT button.
    • Have you not a prettymeswimwear.com user account? You have to create one. You need to register and then sign in to the prettymeswimwear.com website in order to be able to make purchases and to log into your account anytime you wish to check your transactions and pretty activity
    • Fill in all required shipping and billing details.
    • Select the payment method, accept the terms of use and complete your order.
    • Upon successful completion you will see a summary of your order and you will receive the respective e-mail.

  • How do I choose the size of my favorite pretty me swimwear & beachwear?

    Have you selected your favourite pretty me swimwear or beachwear and you do not know which size to choose? Please click on the TAB "size guide" next to the "description" TAB on the product page as seen on the following screenshot:

  • I’m pretty ready to pay. How do I do that?

    • Cash on product delivery (only valid for customers in Greece) the moment the products are received. In this case, no extra charge is required besides delivery costs (VAT 23% is included).
    • Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, EUROLINE). The charge in your credit card happens the day the procedure for shipping the goods begins. www.prettymeswimwear.com has taken all of the necessary measures to secure credit card transactions.

  • What about secured transactions? Should I be pretty worried about it?

    Prettymeswimwear.com has taken all necessary precautions in order to guarantee the best possible security for your data. The website www.prettymeswimwear.com uses the SSL protocol to secure online business transactions. In this way, all personal information like credit card data, name, addresses, is encrypted so that it may not be read or changed while transferred on the Internet. SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) is now a global Internet standard for the certification of websites to Internet users and for the encryption of data between Internet users and web servers.
Shipping and deliveries
  • Second pretty thoughts! How can I cancel my order?

    www.prettymeswimwear.com can provide cancellation of your order. For any order cancellation (full or partial) an e-mail has to be sent to [email protected] . This option is offered to the customers until the moment that they are informed by e-mail for the shipping of their order. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.
  • My pretty me order is on the way! Which postal services company should I expect to ring my bell?

    For your convenience we have 3 distinct destination Zones which are subject to different delivery time and costs. 

    ZONE 1- GREECE

    Deliveries of products are made through ACS COURIER for deliveries within Greece within 1 to 5 working days.
    Delivery charges are fixed to 4€ for purchases up to 19,99€
    Product delivery is FREE for purchases over 20€ for every order up to 2kg within Greece.

    ZONE 2: Europe – E.U. & Cyprus

    Deliveries of products are made through: ACS COURIER in partnership with the largest international companies through its hub in Dusseldorf, Germany or GREEK POSTS or TNT for deliveries within Europe, E.U. and Cyprus in 3 to 7 working days.
    Delivery charges are fixed to 15€ for purchases up to 99,99€
    Product delivery is FREE for purchases over 100€ for every order up to 3kg within ZONE 2.

    ΖONE 3 : USA - CANADA - TURKEY – RUSSIA - ASIA - AUSTRALIA

    Deliveries of products are made through: ACS COURIER in partnership with the largest international companies through its hub in Dusseldorf, Germany or GREEK POSTS or TNT for deliveries within Europe within Zone 3 in 5 to 10 working days.
    Delivery charges are fixed to 40 € for every order up to 3kg within ZONE 3.
Returns and credit
  • There is a tiny pretty problem with my order. What should I do?

    If you have any problem regarding your order, please contact us in the following ways:

  • My pretty me look is not how I expected it to be. How can I return part or the sum of my order?

    Of course you have the right to return the products purchased, without penalty and without being required to explain the reason for returning the product as long as it is within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product. 

    But watch out for the following!

    Returns are only accepted if the goods are in the same intact condition that you received them without i.e. the packaging being removed or being unsealed and along with the relevant receipt or invoice. 
    Returns will not be accepted if the protective packaging has been opened, or hygiene seals and other protective elements have been removed, nor must the garments be torn, stained or damaged.

    - Knickers, thongs and cheekies come with a protective plastic binding that prevents them from being tried on or worn. You must not remove or rip this small plastic strip if you wish to return an item. In the case of both personal orders and gifts, the plastic strip/binding on this type of products MUST be intact. 

    - Swimsuits and Bikinis. All swimwear included in your order will have a protective seal or sticker so you can try them on without the fabric coming into contact with your skin. In case of returning such an item, you must not remove this seal.

    In order to avoid inconvenience, it is a good idea to carefully inspect the product upon receipt for its condition and to see if the packaging is intact in order to detect any visible defects (e.g. wrong type, etc.).

    In the event that you would like to return the products purchased please e-mail at [email protected]. Returns are only accepted if the goods are in the same condition that the customer received them, without i.e. the packaging being removed or being unsealed and along with the relevant receipt or invoice. 

    Once your return has been approved by the pretty me swimwear team the due amount is refunded depending on how you chose to pay for your order and the way to prepare the return. The refund will be completed within 5 days from the date we receive the products. In case of a credit card payment the refund is bound to bank timings and regulations.
  • Will I be charged with any costs for returning the products?

    You will only be charged for the delivery cost of returning the goods back to www.prettymeswiwear.com (BEACH MARKET PCC located at 4 Dragatsaniou str, Elliniko, GR 16777 Tel: +30 210 89 93 867).

    You are free to choose from either our postal partners to return back the goods or any other renowned postal company.
