The customer has the right to return the products that they have purchased, without penalty and without being required to explain the reason for returning the product as long as it is within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product. The customer is only charged for the cost of returning the goods.
Returns are only accepted if the goods are in the same intact condition that the customer received them in without i.e. the packaging being removed or being unsealed and along with the relevant receipt or invoice.
Returns will not be accepted if the protective packaging has been opened, or hygiene seals and other protective elements have been removed, nor must the garments be torn, stained or damaged.
- Knickers, thongs and cheekies come with a protective plastic binding that prevents them from being tried on or worn. You must not remove or rip this small plastic strip if you wish to return an item. In the case of both personal orders and gifts, the plastic strip/binding on this type of products MUST be intact.
- Swimsuits and Bikinis. All swimwear included in your order will have a protective seal or sticker so you can try them on without the fabric coming into contact with your skin. In case of returning such an item, you must not remove this seal.
In order to avoid inconvenience, it is a good idea to carefully inspect the product upon receipt for its condition and to see if the packaging is intact in order to detect any visible defects (e.g. wrong type, etc.).
In the event that you would like to return the products purchased please e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return has been approved by the pretty me swimwear team the due amount is refunded depending on how you chose to pay for your order and the way to prepare the return. The refund will be completed within 5 days from the date we receive the products. In case of a credit card payment the refund is bound to bank timings and regulations.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
For any order cancellation (full or partial) an e-mail has to be sent to email@example.com. This option is offered to the customers until the moment that they are informed by e-mail for the shipping of their order. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.
